Youth of Grace

Here at Grace Lutheran Church we hold strong that our youth are indeed our future. By instilling faith based ethics and morals we provide an atmosphere to engage and allow their growth to the benefit and pleasure of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Youth Group spends each first Sunday ministering to the needs of the residents at Trinity Care Center in Round RockTX, a 179-bed facility that has been serving the residents of Round Rock, Austin and Georgetown since 1929. Grace’s middle school and high school students go to Trinity Care Center to help with worship service and assist residents  to and from chapel service. We meet in narthax at 9:15am to drive to Trinity at 9:20 and return to Grace between 10:45-11:00am.

Rally Sunday – God’s Global Barnyard

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) is a church that is freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbor. With our hands, we do God’s work of restoring and reconciling communities in Jesus Christ’s name throughout the world.

ELCA Good Gifts go beyond your regular congregational offering to support the ministries of the ELCA that mean the most to you and your loved ones. Together, we do more than we could ever do alone: grow the church, fight hunger and transform lives.

Your gift carries God’s love to others, making a difference in their lives and in the world. Your donations support long-term, sustainable solutions that ensure that these good gifts last for more than a couple of days or weeks. They keep on giving for years to come.

In an effort to promote the great works of the ELDS and ELCA World Hunger we had a petting zoo where the youth of Grace could interact and see animals that could provide a livelihood to people in far away places.

Recently the Youth Group spent time at a retreat on the lake sharing their Faith thru Fun.

On Pentecost Sunday we had a Congregational Picnic and the kids had some fun in the Grace House Water Park that was created for that day.
